I was born in Auckland and raised and educated in North Otago, joining Spivey Real Estate in the mid 80’s with my father after he established the business in 1980. During my life in North Otago I have represented the province in a variety of sports and held the role of District Representative to the REINZ, but am particularly proud of my time and involvement with coaching and managing children’s sporting teams over the last 19 years and this has been rewarding in so many ways, long may it last.

Born and raised in Oamaru and educated at St Joseph’s Primary and St Thomas Girls High School. I have had a variety of job positions over the years and have also completed an interior design course and a carer of the older person course, with which I worked at Iona Hospital and Resthome as a carer over years. I have had my salesperson license for over twenty years and enjoy meeting people. Married to Tony, we have four wonderful children and five beautiful grandchildren. Why Oamaru? Why not! Great people, many things to do, lakes for boating and fishing only an hour up the road, famous “Regina” lollies, amazing business in our famous Historic Prescient. New Zealand's best kept secret.

I was born and raised in Oamaru, and went on to Lincoln to study a Bachelor of Agricultural Science. After completing my studies, I was a farm advisor for the Ministry of Agriculture and Farming. Later, when Elizabeth and I were married, we returned to farm in Georgetown and then Ardgowan. I joined Spivey Real Estate as a Sales Consultant in 2010. In my spare time, I’ve been involved with the Operatic and Repertory Societies, and am now in Rotary. And we are still here in Oamaru. Why? Because Oamaru was one of the best kept secrets in New Zealand, until recently. The town is great, the farms are incredible and the views are awesome. I have an enthusiasm for this area, and that’s what you need when selling your property. And that is why I am with “The Local Firm” – North Otago means a lot to us.

I was born and raised in Oamaru and educated at Waitaki Boys High School. On leaving school I completed an apprenticeship in Painting and Decorating and went on to create my own business A1 Decorators. This business was sold in 2013 and continues today under new ownership. A move to Nelson at this time saw me take up a position of Manager at The Galbraith Group. This also led to the co-ownership of a local Building and Construction company Nelson Contracting. The arrival of our first Grandchild cemented a move back to Oamaru for myself and my wife Julie in 2016 and with the way our town had progressed in the last 5 years we are so glad we did. My interests over the years have included North Otago Scouting, Ambulance Service and The Oamaru Operatic Society. Of late I have been trying to re-educate myself in the ways of Fly Fishing with mixed success but forever hopeful. I feel privileged to be part of the team at Spivey Real Estate. It really does have that good old home town feel about it and I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead.
Born in Dunedin and raised in Oamaru. I have lived in Christchurch, the North Island and have been drawn back to my home town of Oamaru. My family come from a Market Gardening background at Totara and small towns like Oamaru have richness in history. I have worked in a variety of work including the health and disability sector. My current role is administration, working with a close knit team at Spivey Real Estate. I am married to Winston and we have three children. I am involved with the Waitaki Multicultural Council, Literacy North Otago and Waitaki Safer Communities. Our district has a strong and vibrant community which continues to grow and prosper with much diversity and opportunity. Why live in Oamaru? Oamaru is close to the mountains, the sea and there is so much happening here. I love meeting local and new people who are also enjoying the wonderful things our district has to offer.
I was born in Lawrence and raised on a farm there and educated at Lawrence Area School and St Hilda's Collegiate in Dunedin. After working in Dunedin and spending almost two years overseas my husband Alan and I made the big shift to Otematata where we lived for 16 years. Three children later we moved to Oamaru where I have been employed in a couple of part time positions before taking up full time employment with Spivey Real Estate. We have loved bringing up our children in the Waitaki District and being involved with all things that come with raising a family. Joining the Spivey Real Estate Team in an administration role in 2014 has been an enjoyable challenge where professionalism and a good sense of humour seem to go hand in hand.
I was born and raised in Taranaki and educated at Stratford High School. On leaving school in 2016 I made the move to Oamaru after coming here on holiday two years earlier and being impressed with how friendly the locals were and how beautiful the scenery was whether it be the hills, mountains, lakes and beaches. I joined Spivey Real Estate as a Office manager in 2017, being apart of the Spivey Real Estate team has been very enjoyable and rewarding.
