I was born in Auckland and raised and educated in North Otago, joining Spivey Real Estate in the mid 80’s with my father after he established the business in 1980. During my life in North Otago I have represented the province in a variety of sports and held the role of District Representative to the REINZ, but am particularly proud of my time and involvement with coaching and managing children’s sporting teams over the last 19 years and this has been rewarding in so many ways, long may it last.

I was born and raised in Oamaru and educated at St Joseph’s Primary and St Thomas Girls High School. I have had a variety of job positions over the years and have also completed an interior design course and a carer of the older person course, with which I have also been working at Iona Hospital and Resthome as a carer for the past three years. I have had my salesperson licence for nearly twenty years and working part-time for the last nine years. Married to Tony Jnr, we have four wonderful children and three beautiful grandchildren. Why Oamaru? Why not! Great people, many things to do, lakes for boating and fishing only an hour up the road, famous “Regina” lollies, amazing business in our famous Historic Prescient.

I was born and raised in Oamaru, and went on to Lincoln to study a Bachelor of Agricultural Science. After completing my studies, I was a farm advisor for the Ministry of Agriculture and Farming. Later, when Elizabeth and I were married, we returned to farm in Georgetown and then Ardgowan. I joined Spivey Real Estate as a Sales Consultant in 2010. In my spare time, I’ve been involved with the Operatic and Repertory Societies, and am now in Rotary. And we are still here in Oamaru. Why? Because Oamaru was one of the best kept secrets in New Zealand, until recently. The town is great, the farms are incredible and the views are awesome. I have an enthusiasm for this area, and that’s what you need when selling your property. And that is why I am with “The Local Firm” – North Otago means a lot to us.
Born in Dunedin and raised in Oamaru. I have lived in Christchurch and the North Island and have been drawn back to my home town of Oamaru. My family come from a Market Gardening background which has richness in history and was a wonderful time growing up in Totara. I have worked in a variety of work including the health and disability sector. My current role is administration and work with a close knit team at Spivey Real Estate. I am married to Winston and we have three children. I am involved with the Waitaki Multicultural Council, Board of Trustees – Waitaki Girls’ High School, Literacy North Otago and Waitaki Safer Communities. Our district has a strong and vibrant community which continues to grow and prosper with much diversity and opportunity. Why live in Oamaru? Oamaru is close to the mountains, the sea and there is so much happening here. I love meeting local and new people who are also enjoying what our district has to offer.
I was born in Lawrence and raised on a farm there and educated at Lawrence Area School and St Hilda's Collegiate in Dunedin. After working in Dunedin and spending almost two years overseas my husband Alan and I made the big shift to Otematata where we lived for 16 years. Three children later we moved to Oamaru where I have been employed in a couple of part time positions before taking up full time employment with Spivey Real Estate. We have loved bringing up our children in the Waitaki District and being involved with all things that come with raising a family. Joining the Spivey Real Estate Team in an administration role in 2014 has been an enjoyable challenge where professionalism and a good sense of humour seem to go hand in hand.
